Hi, join me and Become Wealthy: 

From a happy but modest childhood, through good but minimal education, it was very exciting to build up a business and become wealthy as a Property Developer;  it was a massively successful business in Property as well as Construction turning over $35 million per year in 1987. 

But then, facing bankruptcy after the financial crash and shocking interest rates of the early 90s and losing the business I had built up over 15 years, I had to question what it was all about.  At one time I could not muster up $2 to pay the bridge toll.  These were tough days, paying bills and just survival in itself was "character building".  I also realised that there was a lot to the business of How to Become Wealthy, particularly in defining Wealthy.

After another ten years working as a Paralegal, a Real Estate Agent, a Property Manager and a Project Manager, I saw that I was putting in the hard yards doing well, but not so much for me - I was making others wealthy.  It was time for me to get wealthy again;  Is it YOUR time to become wealthy? 

WHERE ARE YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY IN YOUR FINANCIAL LIFE?   

I was financially mediocre, then very rich, then broke, then back into wealthy mode which is where I will stay.  I must admit all though these stages of my life, I have always been happy, healthy and have always had a wealthy life, if not financial at times.   In retrospect though, I wish I had have had a wealth coach to give me the benefit of their knowledge and experience so I could have retained the wealth I built up during tough times.

WHERE AM I NOW IN MY FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS JOURNEY?

My current diversified businesses have evolved: 

• Running my own business as a Consultant Property Expert covering Asset Management, Property Development, Project Management and Property Marketing is a great joy.  Most recently I have been a Consultant to the Australian Federal Government in the fast track process of developing medium density apartments as part of the job stimulus package for social housing.
• After five years of study under great trading mentors, I spent two years as a full time Share, CFD, commodities and foreign currency trader.  My strategy told me to reduce trades in 2007 and therefore I came out relatively unscathed from the GFC and am now back trading.  I still enjoy this part of my commercial life.
• My overall interest in personal development and self improvement, particularly ensuring that my mind is co-ordinated with the goals I am achieving has lead me to a joy in coaching.  I have studied many gurus in this field, including Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Mike Litman, Bill Harris, Deepak Chopra, Chris Howard, Phil Humbert and many others.  My interest in working with others through Rotary International and Rotaract developed my interest to coach others to achieve their desired outcomes using all the tools and techniques I have successfully used myself.  I also know what does not work by trial and error and of course, experience!
• Another group of gurus have in the last couple of years given me further expertise and knowledge in the internet marketing and publishing business.   This is a relatively new field for me and I am enjoying learning from people such as Mike Litman, Shawn and Scott Casey, Howie Schwatz, Perry Marshall, Jennie Armato, I love this business and am excited about the future of this relatively new field.

I strongly believe that it is a better life to be financially wealthy whilst happy, and though not essential, this wealth does help if you want to assist other people.  Become wealthy and Live a Wealthy Life.
